I've tried journaling before and it didn't really help — why will this be different?

These prompts are specifically designed to help you untangle end times anxiety — which is different from general journaling because they guide you through a very specific process of identifying where those beliefs live in your body and mind, and how they've been shaping your life without you realizing it.

I don’t have a lot of time — can I actually complete this course?

Yes! The workshop is designed as a 7-day journey with one prompt per day — but each session is short and self-contained. You can go at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and still move through healing.

I'm not ready for Bible verses or religious-themed advice — will this course include that?

No. While we will be looking at and analyzing some of the specific beliefs and messages you absorbed (because that's a necessary part of untangling them), the guidance and support throughout this workshop is entirely free of religious language, scripture, or prayer.

My approach is compassionate and grounded, not prescriptive. You won't be told what to believe or given spiritual advice. Every prompt and reflection is designed to help you hear your own voice more clearly — not to replace one set of beliefs with another.

This is your journey, on your terms.

What if I feel too stuck or too far gone to actually benefit from this?

I'm a firm believer that no one is too broken or too far gone. Feeling stuck is one of the most common responses to spiritual trauma, and it makes complete sense given what you've been through. This workshop is designed specifically for people who feel that way. The prompts are gentle, the pace is entirely yours, and every exercise is built to help you take one small step at a time toward healing. You don't have to feel ready. You just have to show up.

What if I get emotional or triggered while working through the course?

That’s completely normal. The course includes gentle reminders and grounding practices to help you process emotions safely. You can pause, take breaks, and return when you feel ready.

Are you a licensed therapist or counselor?

I'm not a licensed therapist, but I've spent years living through and healing from my own experience in a religious cult — and this workshop is built from that journey. I'm someone who's been there, sharing the exact prompts, exercises, and reflections that helped me find language for what happened so I could heal.

I also know that therapy — while incredibly valuable — isn't always accessible. The cost, the waitlists, the emotional energy of finding the right fit — it's a lot. This workshop is designed to give you real, meaningful guidance at a price point that doesn't add another burden to your healing journey.
