How to Finally Trust the Beauty of Your Everyday Life

A gentle, guided journaling program for survivors of high-control religion.

Your Image

There is a quieter life available to you. One where your days feel like enough. Where you move at your own pace without the low hum of pressure following you. Where ordinary moments feel beautiful rather than insufficient.

That life is closer than you think — and this workshop was made to help you find your way there.

After six years in a religious cult, I couldn't explain why my everyday life felt so hard.

Your Image

I constantly felt like I was falling behind, that I would never live up to my potential — and I had no idea why.

It wasn't until I started journaling with specific prompts that I realized those feelings traced back to end-times theology I'd absorbed years earlier. My nervous system had taken those messages in as fact — and it didn't let go just because my beliefs changed.

But once I could name what was happening, something began to shift. My days felt lighter. More present. I stopped feeling like I was running out of time.

This workshop is the process I wish someone had handed me sooner. I made it so you don't have to spend years finding what I found alone.

What's Included?

7 guided themes and 15+ proven journaling prompts that help you find language for the beliefs that have been quietly shaping your life. Because once you can name something, it begins to lose its grip.

Gentle, compassionate exercises that help you reconnect with yourself — including a tender approach to the younger version of you who absorbed these messages and did the best they could.

Grounding and nervous system support woven into every section, so you never feel alone with what comes up. This course moves at the pace of healing, not the pace of urgency.

Original poetry from a published survivor — poems drawn from my own healing journey that give voice to the specific wounds end-times theology leaves behind, so you feel less alone in what you've carried.

Downloadable worksheets for every exercise so you can move through the material whenever you're ready and return to it as many times as you need.

Lifetime access — this course will be here during the hard seasons, the good seasons, and every season in between. Come back whenever you need it.

Healing playlist — songs I personally listened to while doing this work, carefully selected to support each stage of the journey. No religious language, no triggering imagery. Just gentle, instrumental music that holds space.

Recognized for Giving Voice to Survivors

My poetry book, Surviving Wonderland: A Journey Beyond Control, was published in 2026 and written for people who have lived exactly what you've lived.

Readers consistently say it made them feel seen and that for the first time, someone had named what they'd been carrying.

I've brought that same intention into this workshop. Because you deserve a space where your experience is not just acknowledged — but finally given language and validation.

"I stopped believe in end-times theology years ago. Do I still need this?"

Possibly — and here's why it's worth considering:

The mind can release a belief long before the body does. If you spent years being taught that time was running out, that you had an urgent mission to complete, that falling behind had eternal consequences — your nervous system absorbed those messages as truth. And it doesn't always update just because your beliefs have.

That low hum of urgency often doesn't disappear when the beliefs do. It quietly reorganizes into everyday life — the feeling of always being behind, the expectations you set for yourself, the pressure that lingers even when things are going well.

Many survivors have lived with this for so long they've assumed it's simply who they are. But it's not who you are. It's what you absorbed. And those are two very different things.

This workshop exists to help you find the difference — and to show you that a quieter, more unhurried life is still available to you. That you can trust your own pace, find beauty in your ordinary days, and finally feel at home in the life you already have.

FAQs

I've tried journaling before and it didn't really help — why will this be different?

General journaling and prompted journaling are two very different experiences. When you journal without direction, it's easy to circle the same thoughts without ever finding the root of them.

These prompts are specifically designed to help you untangle end-times theology — guiding you through a very intentional process of identifying where those beliefs live in your body, how they shaped your sense of self, and how they may still be quietly running your life without you realizing it.

You're not just writing about your feelings. You're following a carefully sequenced path that moves from naming what happened, to grieving what it cost you, to reclaiming what was taken. Many people find that this kind of structured, guided writing unlocks things that years of general journaling — or even therapy — hadn't quite reached.

I don’t have a lot of time — can I actually complete this course?

Yes — and there's no pressure to complete it on any particular timeline.

The workshop is structured as 7 guided themes, designed so you could move through one per day if that feels right. But each session is short, self-contained, and entirely at your own pace. You can take a week, a month, or longer. You can pause between sessions, return when you're ready, and revisit exercises as many times as you need.

Lifetime access means this workshop will be here whenever you are. The only thing you need to begin is a journal, something to write with, and one quiet moment that belongs to you.

I'm not ready for Bible verses or religious content — will this include that?

No. While we will gently examine some of the specific beliefs and messages you absorbed — because naming them is part of releasing them — the guidance and support throughout this workshop is entirely free of religious language, scripture, or prayer.

My approach is compassionate and grounded, not prescriptive. You won't be told what to believe or given spiritual advice of any kind. Every prompt and reflection is designed to help you hear your own voice more clearly — not to replace one set of beliefs with another.

This is your journey, entirely on your own terms.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready for this yet?

That feeling makes complete sense — and it's one of the most common responses to this kind of work. When you've been through something that required you to override your own instincts, uncertainty about whether you're "ready" can feel like a stop sign.

But here's what I want you to know: you don't have to feel ready. You just have to be a little curious.

This workshop is designed specifically for people who feel tender, uncertain, or even a little scared going in. The prompts are gentle. The pace is entirely yours. Every exercise is built around one small step at a time, with grounding support woven throughout so you never feel alone with what comes up.

Showing up here, even hesitantly, is already the work.

What if I get emotional or triggered while working through the course?

That's completely normal — and it's something this workshop takes seriously.

The course includes a dedicated section on navigating difficult emotions before you begin any of the prompts, so you'll have tools ready before you need them. Every section includes gentle grounding practices to help you process what comes up safely. And you'll receive a Pocket-Sized Trigger Guide — a downloadable resource you can keep on your phone — with simple, compassionate exercises for the moments when things feel like too much.

You can pause whenever you need to. You can take breaks between sessions. You can move as slowly as your nervous system needs. There is no timeline here and no expectation that this will feel easy. The goal is not to push through — it's to move gently toward something that's been waiting for you.

Are you a licensed therapist or counselor?

I'm not a licensed therapist — and I want to be transparent about that from the start.

What I am is someone who has spent years living through and healing from my own experience in a high-control religious group, and who has done the deep work of finding language for what happened to me. This workshop is built from that journey — the exact prompts, exercises, and reflections that helped me find my way back to myself.

If you are currently working with a therapist, this workshop is designed to complement that work beautifully. Many people find that having specific prompts to bring to their sessions opens up conversations that felt stuck before.

And if therapy isn't accessible right now — because of cost, waitlists, or simply not being ready for that step — this is a gentle, affordable way to begin moving forward with real support, on your own terms and at your own pace.
I also know that therapy — while incredibly valuable — isn't always accessible. The cost, the waitlists, the emotional energy of finding the right fit — it's a lot. This workshop is designed to give you real, meaningful guidance at a price point that doesn't add another burden to your healing journey. If you are in therapy, it works beautifully alongside that work. And if therapy isn't an option right now, this is a gentle and affordable way to keep moving forward with support — on your own terms, at your own pace.

I had to find language for what happened to me before I could finally come back to myself.

What I discovered through that process is that end-times theology doesn't just affect your spiritual life. It quietly shapes everything — your ambitions, your relationships, your sense of whether your ordinary life even has value. But it doesn't have to stay that way.

When you have the right prompts and a safe space to examine those beliefs, something shifts. The anxiety doesn't disappear overnight. But it begins to lose its grip. And you begin to find your way back to yourself — to the ordinary, beautiful life that has been waiting for you all along.
